• Private label/OEM capability: accept buyer-supplied artwork; print and apply labels to agreed formats and substrates; support colour and scent customisation.
• Regulatory compliance: full product data sheets (SDS) and technical data sheets; conformity with EU chemicals legislation (e.g., CLP labelling) and transport rules; capacity to support Nordic language labelling.
• Quality systems: documented QC processes; batch traceability; sample provision; openness to factory audits; ideally ISO-certified operations.
• Initial capacity and logistics: ability to supply indicative first order volumes (~1,500 L shampoo; 1,500 L cold degreaser; 500 L concentrated alkaline degreaser; 200 L APC; 200 L interior cleaner) with defined MOQs, lead times, and delivery to Sweden.
• R&D support: joint development of differentiated fragrances/colours under NDA; guidance on performance benchmarks and stability testing.
