- A small or medium-sized Swedish enterprise is searching for a cold-drawn steel wire manufacturer for a long-term manufacturing agreement. The enterprise is interested in cold-drawn or high-carbon steel wire, specifically DIN 17223/64 Class 2. The enterprise specializes in selling a patented tool designed for removing all kinds of windshields and has been in the market for over 20 years. The type of wire the enterprise is looking for is used as cutting wire with their windshield removal tool. This wire is a consumable that lasts for approximately 340-360 windshield removals, depending on the windshield size.

- Steel wire according to DIN 17223/64 Class 2 or similar.
- Tensile strength of around 2750 N/mm² (±150 N/mm²)
- The diameter of the wire should be 0,75 mm in the round profile.
- It should be phosphate-treated.
- The length of each coil should be 1500m, which is around 5 kg per coil.
- The inner diameter of the coils should be a minimum of 32cm, and the outside diameter should be a maximum of 39cm.
- Estimated yearly use is between 10-13 tons.
- The SME is looking for delivery frequency and volumes monthly or semi-monthly around 200 coils of 5kgs, i.e. approximately 1 ton per shipment.
- The SME would consider buying up to 2 tons per shipment if needed.
- The SME is open to discussion on this due to the nature of the request.
