The supplier should therefore have proven experience in working with wood and sustainable materials, as well as the capacity to uphold precise craftsmanship and design integrity.
The ideal partner will demonstrate expertise in sustainable production methods, advanced prototyping, and efficient small- to medium-scale series manufacturing with consistent quality and high design precision. Preference is given to EU-based suppliers to ensure compliance with European standards, efficient logistics, and effective collaboration throughout the production process.
The manufacturing partner is expected to handle production, packaging, and delivery, while also contributing technical expertise and ensuring regulatory compliance. The company aims to establish a long-term partnership that enables scalable production and sustainable growth.

• Experience in manufacturing assistive products or toys for children, preferably baby walkers.
• Capability to produce small- to medium-scale series with high design precision and consistent quality.
• Proficiency in working with primarily wood, but also sheet metal/aluminum, plastic, and rubber.
• Ability to manufacture products with 360-degree swivel wheels and advanced mobility features.
• Expertise in advanced prototyping, flexible tooling, and close collaboration during product development.
• Knowledge of production optimization, material selection, and cost efficiency.
• Experience in packaging design, especially flat-pack solutions for customer assembly.
• Regulatory knowledge and ability to obtain necessary certifications and permits.
• Well-established logistics infrastructure for inventory management and delivery.
• Technical expertise available internally or via subcontractors.
