A Sweden-based start-up is developing natural personal care products tailored for active lifestyles, athletes, and people on the move. The products are based on safe, plant-derived ingredients and aim to promote personal well-being as well as environmental responsibility. The company already owns and controls its formulations and is therefore looking for EU-based contract manufacturing and packaging partners that can produce according to its proprietary formulas. Adjustments may be carried out by the manufacturing partner, but only insofar as required to ensure regulatory compliance (EU 1223/2009) and compatibility with production processes. Intellectual property rights (IPR) of the formulas remain with the Swedish company.
The company will apply for trademark registration. Formula/recipe is owned by the company. The company keeps its position and rights to use the formula, even if a manufacturer makes adjustments or modifications.
The cooperation may include:
• Initial pilot batches starting from ~1,000 units, with flexibility to scale to 2,000–3,000+ units as the cooperation progresses.
• Eco-friendly packaging supply (roll-on, squeeze tube, or alternatives).
• Regulatory compliance support (CPSR, stability testing, challenge test, PIF/CPNP).

- The partner should be experienced in producing natural, chemical-free personal care products. They must be able to work with client-owned formulas, respecting IP ownership, while offering technical adjustments to align with EU Cosmetic Regulation (1223/2009) and practical manufacturability. Experience with certifications for natural or organic cosmetics is considered an advantage.
