General information

Short Summary
A Swedish company specializing in offering modern student caps for high school graduates is seeking manufacturers capable of producing caps up to 1000 pieces and above. The company aims to establish long-term supplier agreements with the manufacturer.
Full Description
The company is looking for manufacturers who can produce custom-designed student caps used by high school graduates. These caps are typically personalized according to the preferences of the students, featuring different trims, logos, and other decorative elements. The customization options include the front, sides, inside, and outside of the cap, with possibilities for adding the student's name or the flag they represent.

The base model of the cap remains consistent, with variations primarily in the trims. The materials used in modern student caps generally include:

-Outer Fabric: Wool felt-wool blend, velour (cotton or polyester), or polyester blend. Wool felt with a wool blend is the main material.
-Visor/Peak: High-gloss plastic (ABS or acrylic), which is durable and shiny.
-Sweatband: Genuine leather, PU leather (synthetic leather), or textile (cotton or polyester).
-Lining: Polyester satin or acetate satin.
-Top Panel: Cotton canvas (white) or polyester canvas.
-Hat Band: Velvet, cotton, or polyester velvet.
-Decoration and Details: Embroidery thread (polyester or rayon), metallic cords (gold or silver look), buttons (metal or plastic with metallic finish), and emblems or insignia (metal enamel or embroidered patches).

The company is also interested in incorporating jewelry options, such as head jewelry and other small decorative items, to make the caps stand out.

Additionally, they seek an adjustment option that is hidden at the back of the cap, allowing customers to adjust the cap to their desired size with a premium feel.
