This method enables the transfer of information across every stage of the process, starting from cotton (the raw material) - the first link in the chain - to the end product. The process of scanning the QR code triggers the simultaneous transmission of this information to the secure centres' cloud system. In situations without internet access, the system stores DNA/QR Code matches in local memory. Once the internet connection is restored, it updates information and transfers it to the cloud system. This feature ensures system functionality in areas with limited infrastructure. The digital data records are stored in a database with a multi-layered structure to ensure that no data is lost.
