A Gaziantep-based Turkish company founded in 1976 specialises in the design and manufacture of industrial pressure vessels, steam boilers and heating systems. The company operates production facility at Başpınar OSB, Gaziantep, with an annual production capacity of 3,000 tonnes. The product portfolio comprises:ndustrial applications.
The product portfolio comprises:
• High-pressure steam boilers – for industrial processes in textile, chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other sectors
• Hot water boilers and hot oil boilers – for central heating and industrial heating applications
• Waste heat recovery boilers and economisers – energy recovery equipment for industrial facilities
• Heat exchangers, steam generators, accumulation tanks, separators and recuperators – complementary pressure vessel equipment
All engineering design and calculations are performed by a team of senior mechanical engineers in accordance with internationally recognised standards including AD Merkblatt 2000 and ASME. Production processes are monitored and recorded at every stage from raw material intake to final marking. All welders are certified by Lloyd’s Register and welding procedures (WPS-PQR) are Lloyd-approved. High-pressure boiler safety tests are conducted under TUV-SUD supervision.
