Design: Development of optical and sunglasses frames together with skilled designers and foreign partners.

Metal Processing: Metal frames shaped using advanced three-axis CNC machines.

Deburring & Grinding: Plastic injection components trimmed, deburred, and processed in vibration systems for smoother surfaces.

Assembly: Assembly of front frames and temples, including decorative metal parts depending on the model.

Polishing: Polishing of metal frames to improve surface smoothness and finishing quality.

Varnishing: Application of varnish on plastic frames to improve scratch resistance; varnishing of metal frames after coating.
