General information

Short Summary
The company set out to build a next-generation technology ecosystem centered on innovation, design, and independent communication.Today, with Mona, we offer our users a solution that enables location and message sharing without relying on the internet or GSM infrastructure—even in the middle of nature.
Full Description
The company has developed 'Mona', a high-performance, off-grid communication device designed for environments where GSM and Internet infrastructure are unavailable or collapsed (e.g., natural disasters, mountainous terrains) Mona creates its own decentralized network using LoRa (Long Range) technology combined with a proprietary Mesh algorithm. It interfaces with users' smartphones via BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), allowing them to send encrypted text messages, GPS locations, and medical ID data through our mobile app without needing a SIM card. Key Capabilities:

Extended Range & Mesh Topology: Achieves up to 10 km line-of-sight communication per node. Through our multi-hop mesh algorithm, every Mona device acts as a relay, theoretically extending the network coverage to +100 km without any central infrastructure.

Signal Repeater (Adapter): A standalone hardware module designed to extend the maximum data transmission range. It bridges signal gaps in challenging terrains by automatically relaying data packets between distant nodes.

Emergency Beacon Mode: Features a dedicated hardware trigger that activates a high-priority distress signal. In this mode, the device broadcasts a continuous "Find Me" beacon, making the user detectable by any nearby listening units.

Search & Rescue (Listener) Mode: Allows rescue teams to scan and detect devices in distress. The interface displays critical telemetry including the victim's real-time GPS location, triage situation, age, and identity, enabling faster and more informed rescue operations.
Advantages and Innovations
Innovations:

Decentralized Architecture: Unlike traditional GSM, Server, or Satellite systems that rely on heavy infrastructure, Mona operates on a fully decentralized LoRa Mesh network. This ensures connectivity even when cell towers collapse or power grids fail during disasters.

OTA Capabilities: Mona is one of the few off-grid LoRa devices capable of receiving Over-The-Air (OTA) firmware updates via smartphone, keeping the device up-to-date just like a modern mobile phone.

Smart Adapter Ecosystem: Our proprietary Adapter units extend the mesh range significantly, bridging communication gaps in difficult terrains (valleys, mines) where standard signals cannot reach.

Advantages:

Unmatched Cost-Efficiency: Mona offers a permanent communication solution at approximately 1/20th of the cost of satellite phones, with no recurring subscription fees.

Resilience: The system has no single point of failure. If one node goes down, the mesh network self-heals and reroutes data through other devices.

Life-Saving Speed: The dedicated 'Emergency Mode' creates a direct, high-priority link between the victim and rescue teams, bypassing network congestion common in crisis scenarios.

Partner Sought

Expected Role of a Partner
1. Target Partner Profile: We are seeking partners who are established players in the Outdoor & Camping Equipment, Public Safety (Fire/Rescue), or Telecommunications sectors. The ideal partner should have an existing distribution network and a solid customer base (B2B or B2C). Technical manufacturing capability is NOT required; we are looking for sales and marketing expertise.

2. Role and Tasks:
Market Entry: Introduce 'Mona' to the local market through their existing channels (e.g., outdoor retail chains, municipality tenders, online stores).

Distribution: Handle importation, local inventory management, and logistics within the target country.

Representation: Act as a Commercial Agent to negotiate deals with government bodies (Civil Protection, Forestry Departments) on our behalf.

First-Level Support: Provide basic customer service and handle warranty returns in their region.

3. Expectations: We expect a proactive partnership where the partner provides feedback on local market trends and regulations. In return, we offer full technical support, marketing materials, and product training. 4.For Financial Agreements: We are looking for Venture Capital (VC) Firms, Angel Investors, or Corporate Venture Arms specializing in Deep Tech, Disaster Management, or Dual-Use Technologies (Civil & Defense).
