UK company developing cosmetics and pharmaceutical grade cosmeceutical products with support from universities and a national research laboratory is ready to go to market and is looking for a small scale aseptic liquid topical cosmetic and ideally pharmaceutical grade European contract GMT (Good Manufacturing Practice) manufacturer or lab for a long-term partnership.
The manufacturer is required to produce the aseptic grade in clean rooms.
The solution is a patented micellar vitamin 1 solution. The technology uses only low toxicity biodegradable components.
The first batches will be aimed at market testing then larger volumes are expected to be required.

Initially small-scale quantities of up to 30kg for the market testing and then quantities would grow based on the future demand. Timeline being 3-5 months for the first batch This would be for a cosmetic and pharmaceutical product including vitamin Al to be packaged in a provided airless small container/packaging.
The UK company is expecting to sign a manufacturing agreement. - Advantages and Innovations
- The company has developed and patented a nano micellar water and have the data on skin delivery for retinol the first in the product range to be commercialised. Aseptic, not sterile, manufacture allows a preservative free simple formulation focussing on stability and successful dermal delivery of the active. The formulation is fundamentally vitamin based.
