Full Description

The Ukrainian company, which specializes in manufacturing of polymer pipes since 2006 year and is located in Boryspil. On its own land plot of 2.3 hectares there is a production workshop with an area of 1850 sq.m., covered material warehouses with a total area of 1450 sq.m., an administrative building with an area of 1680 sq.m., as well as other related structures and open areas.

The SME produces polyethylene pipes for external water supply and gas supply networks, as well as polypropylene pipes for the construction of water intake wells. Pipes are produced on three extrusion lines, the total production capacity of which is up to 9,600 tons of products per year. These are two lines of the RE-125 type, and one line of the RE-500 type.

It produces pipes:
- for water supply with parameters DN 20-500 mm SDR6-SDR41;
- for gas supply with parameters DN 20-500 mm SDR11-SDR17.6;
- casing pipes with parameters DN 98-315mm SN26, SN3.

The company seeks to expand abroad and is looking for trade intermediaries (distributors and trade agencies) which are interested in polymer pipes and would like to establish a long-term cooperation and work under a commercial agency or distribution services agreement.

The company is looking for all-size companies operating in the field of construction materials distribution, preferably with experience in international cooperation.
Role of the partner:
1. Under a distribution services agreement - a potential partner is expected to buy and sell the company's products on its own markets using its own distribution channels. Any issues concerning payments for such cooperation will be discussed and established during negotiations between partners.
2. Under a commercial agency agreement - a potential partner is expected to represent the products of the Ukrainian company and the payment to the agent will be made in the form of a commission.
