A leading Ukrainian manufacturer introduces equipment for production license plates with the innovative Smart License Plate System software, which allows for tracking and control of license plate production.
According to the software version, the equipment has the ability to:
- to ensure the control of the use of blank plates for the production of license plates with the help of individual codes using EAN-13 bar coding or QR coding technology;
- limit the access of another people to the production process by using RFID technologies,
- control or limit the operator of the production process;
- receive reports on:
• alphanumeric value of the manufactured license plate;
• type of license plate blank used and its individual unique code;
• customer's identity and vehicle registration document data;
• the number of manufactured number plates for the current day, month, year
• the number of hours of operation of the equipment;
• type, reasons and amount of defects;
• movement of goods, remaining consumables, etc.
- to print the sales receipt and the manufacturer's warranty card on the produced license plate;
- control (help) or prohibit the personalization of the license plate blank with an alphanumeric value using NFC technology and marked press stamps with RFID tags that interact with software of the appropriate type;
- to receive identification in online systems, registers, programs with the help of a previously created encrypted electronic key (token), which are created by a state structure, or your own;
- transfer data (alphanumeric combination) or check them with state electronic registers or own databases and optionally give permission for stamping or prohibit stamping of a license plate.
The press can be integrated with electronic registers to obtain basic sets of register data for further processing and providing responses or reporting in electronic format via the Internet.
The company offers black license plate frames and frames with advertisements. Now company has two types of frames for the number plates with the dimensions 52*11 cm and 30*15 cm. Other dimensions are possible to manufacture with the individual client's requests.
