Full Description

The product range of the Ukrainian company includes ready-to-eat meals and vegetable appetisers. The ready-to-eat meals include cereal-based dishes with meat, legume and vegetable dishes, as well as legume and vegetable dishes with meat. They are packed in retort pouches with a net weight of 350 g and have a shelf life of 18 months when stored at temperatures between 0°C and 25°C.
The vegetable appetisers are made from vegetables such as pumpkin, aubergine, tomatoes, mushrooms and other carefully selected ingredients, complemented with herbs and spices. These vegetable pastes have a delicate, smooth texture with pieces of vegetables, herbs and spices. They are packed in SuperLock oxygen-barrier jars with a net weight of 180 g and have a shelf life of 12 months when stored at temperatures between 0°C and 25°C

Advantages and Innovations

The owners of the Ukrainian company have extensive experience in the food industry. They founded the first fast-food restaurant chain in Kharkiv. In August–September 1998, they were selected to participate in a USAID programme in the United States, where they completed specialised training and visited 42 food manufacturing companies across five states. Drawing on this experience, they built two food manufacturing facilities and two restaurants in Kharkiv. In their own research laboratory, they developed an innovative range of ready-to-eat meals, which was presented at tasting events both in Ukraine and internationally. The products were also showcased at The Specialty Food Association’s Winter Fancy Food Show in Las Vegas. Following the positive market response, the company established a full-cycle manufacturing facility in Kharkiv, with quality control implemented at every stage of production. The manufacturing facility operates in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018, HACCP standards.
