The company was founded in 1994 and has been producing high-quality and reliable equipment and complex technological lines for the extraction and further processing of vegetable oils for over 25 years. During this time, together with partners, the SME has built dozens of new plants and implemented hundreds of projects for the modernization and reconstruction of existing enterprises in Ukraine, Poland, Germany, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania and other European and Asian countries.
The company’s plant is located in Chernihiv, Ukraine, it has 20,000 square meters of production space, which consists of 2 machining shops, 3 assembly shops, a steel heat treatment shop, filter plates shop. All shops are equipped with the necessary equipment for the production of high-quality and reliable equipment.
The main and auxiliary equipment of our production for completing the production and processing lines of vegetable oils includes:
- Extractors (is used to separate the oil from the cake granules of oil crops using an organic solvent);
- Expanders (horizontal device with a rotating screw inside, and is designed for wet-heat treatment of material (soybean petal, sunflower or rapeseed meal), obtained after mechanical pressing of oil on screw presses);
- Oil sludge catcher (used for “rough” purification of oil);
- Vertical pressure leaf filter for vegetable oil (for purification of vegetable oil represents a vertical vessel with a movable torospheric cover);
- Police filters for vegetable oil (cylindrical vessel with a bag-shaped filter cloth and a removable cover);
- Horizontal pressure leaf filter for vegetable oil;
- Toaster (Desolventizer);
- Heat exchanger for oil factory;
- Rotafilm apparatus;
- Oilcake cooler;
- Screw oil press;
- Cookers for oil factory.
Since 2015, the company has implemented the European quality management system ISO 9001:2015, and since 2017 the production has been certified, and all equipment of our production has a certificate of conformity CE.
The Ukrainian company is looking for EU partners to implement its export potential. To establish long-term partnerships the company offers to other companies its production capacities.
The company wishes to work with such options of possible cooperation as follows:
1. The manufacture of equipment, and its components according to the сustomer drawings and/or technical requirements (under the manufacturing agreement or subcontracting).
