General information

Short Summary
A Ukrainian university is coordinating a Horizon Europe MSCA Staff Exchanges 2025 proposal in the field of small and medium-sized wind turbines for urban use. The team is looking for a non-academic partner (SME, innovation centre, or research-performing organisation) experienced in prototyping, testing, and validating wind energy components. Partners will host seconded researchers, contribute to field testing and benefit from structured exchanges and long-term collaboration.
Full Description
A Ukrainian technical university with extensive experience in Horizon Europe and international research cooperation is coordinating a proposal under the MSCA Staff Exchanges 2025 call. The proposal focuses on innovative solutions for small and medium-sized wind turbines in urban and semi-urban settings, aiming to improve energy efficiency, sustainability, and integration into the built environment.

The project will establish a structured and interdisciplinary R&I network involving academic and non-academic organisations. Core activities will include staff secondments, prototyping, experimental testing, and joint validation of novel technologies under real-life conditions.

The consortium is led by Dnipro University of Technology, one of Ukraine’s leading research universities in engineering and applied sciences, with strong international collaboration practices and technical infrastructure for renewable energy research.
Advantages and Innovations
