General information

Short Summary
The company is applying from Ukraine. It is proposed to supply climate equipment and ventilation systems for commercial facilities, domestic premises, as well as for public and private medical institutions. It is planned to conclude a partnership agreement for long-term cooperation and regular supplies.
Full Description
The proposal concerns the BioSTOP 730 ultraviolet air-disinfection module designed for integration into ventilation systems and ducted air conditioners. The device provides high-efficiency air sterilization in residential, commercial, industrial, and medical facilities, including public and private healthcare institutions. BioSTOP 730 offers a technological solution aimed at significantly reducing airborne infection risks. The module uses six amalgam UVC lamps with a peak wavelength of 254 nm, proven to deactivate the DNA and RNA of viruses, bacteria, and fungi. Under typical indoor conditions, the module reduces the probability of infection by a factor of 9–22, delivering a hygiene level comparable to medical-grade standards. One of the key innovations is the staggered lamp layout, minimizing shadow zones and ensuring uniform irradiation across the entire airflow cross-section. The maximum distance from the lamp to the air stream is only 81 mm, providing considerably higher irradiation intensity compared to single-row arrangements. Internal reflective aluminum foil enhances irradiation by redirecting UVC beams back into the air stream. The module includes a control panel with individual LED indicators for each lamp, enabling quick detection of lamp failure without disassembling the housing. This feature ensures continuous performance monitoring and operational safety. A built-in airflow turbulizer increases irradiation efficiency by improving air mixing. The module delivers an average dose of 0.345 mJ/cm² and a peak dose of 0.497 mJ/cm², outperforming many commercial alternatives. At repeated air passes, the system achieves >99.9% reduction of airborne pathogens, including viruses, bacteria, and fungal spores. BioSTOP 730 has a compact design — only 730 mm in length — allowing installation in limited-space ventilation ducts. It is compatible with rectangular air ducts 1156×197 mm and can be integrated into most ducted AC units or supply-exhaust ventilation systems with minimal adaptation. The device uses long-life amalgam lamps with an expected service life of 12,000 hours, which significantly reduces operating costs and maintenance frequency. The module complies with ISO 9001, CE, RoHS, and national sanitary standards, confirming its suitability for medical and public environments.Through its optimized optical geometry, high irradiation power, turbulence enhancement, individual lamp control, and universal duct compatibility, the BioSTOP 730 provides a reliable and effective air-disinfection solution. It is engineered for long-term continuous operation and can be maintained without removing the module from the ventilation system. Overall, BioSTOP 730 is an innovative, high-performance UVC sterilization module that delivers medical-grade air safety within modern HVAC systems.
Advantages and Innovations
The company offers a comprehensive set of technological, production, and organizational advantages that ensure a high level of reliability and innovation in its products. The team consists of qualified specialists with extensive experience in HVAC engineering, air-disinfection technologies, and industrial manufacturing processes. Their expertise enables the development of solutions that meet strict international standards of quality and safety. The technological base includes modern equipment for metal processing, UVC integration, electronic component assembly, and optical calibration, allowing the company to manufacture devices with high precision and stable performance. The company The use of long-life amalgam lamps and energy-efficient electronic ballasts further strengthens product durability and performance. Another advantage is the company’s capability to adapt its solutions to different HVAC systems, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of ducted air conditioners, ventilation units, and filtration systems. This flexibility allows integration into various types of facilities, including commercial, industrial, and medical environments.
Overall, the combination of certified production, advanced engineering expertise, and innovative product design provides a strong competitive foundation and ensures that the company delivers high-quality, reliable, and technologically advanced air-disinfection solutions.
