A Spanish foodtech company, with offices in Madrid and Navarra, was founded in 2020 by a group of entrepreneurs. Having developed a new process for wheat flour use and incorporation into free from gluten products, the company activities are focused on the design, manufacturing and commercialization of different types of wheat and in the commercialization of its new patent pending process technology.

Following and open innovation strategy the company its currently establishing national and international partnerships and alliances with bakery related supply and value chain agents. In this sense, the company is looking for companies already in the bakery sector, linked to the production or the commercialization activities, with good knowledge and experience regarding flour related and bakery process technologies, which are interested or already integrated into the free from gluten supply or value chain. The company offers R&D agreements for the development of new products, or commercial agreements with technical assistance for the integration of this technology in the partners' manufacturing processes.

Free from gluten market innovations show new products and formulations following an incremental innovation derived for its restrictions regarding raw material, process technology and product rheology conditions. The company solutions allow the use of several wheat varieties flours thanks to new processing approaches that keep 95% of product rheological and organoleptic properties.
