Thanks to the collaboration with research centres the Italian company has developed a LED lamps integrated system, with selections of UV LEDs (A,B,C) which can be used in the following industrial applications: processes of material bonding; tropicalisation of electronic boards; Resins for electronic, electrical and PCB components; Adhesives for glass and metal bonding; UV varnishes and inks; Adhesives for bonding methacrylates (PMMA), polyester (PET/PETG), polycarbonate (PC) and other plastics; Photo-activation; Tracing; Local sanitation. The lamps are compact, have UV LEDs with high radiant efficiency, high energy efficiency and long lifetime. They can also be supplied in a dimmable and timed version via a dedicated power supply box. They are unbreakable and because of their robustness are also applicable in industrial environments. They can be fixed centrally and/or laterally with the possibility of rotation by means of brackets and range from 150 mm to 3000 mm in length. The system can interact with other technologies in the plant in order to have a wider management and control of the system. Companies interested to adopt such a led technology integrated system for the industrial application described above are sought for commercial agreements with technical assistance
