A Cypriot company, specialized in the production of extra virgin olive oil, is seeking partners in the frame of commercial agency and distribution services agreement. Potential partners should represent and sell the Cypriot company’s product to clients in their countries.



The Cypriot company, which was founded in 1999, is active in the production of extra virgin olive oil.
The company has its own olive groves, where the organic farming and the qualified processes are followed for the extraction of oil from the olives.
The company is considered as one of the first companies in Cyprus which adapts its principles around organic farming.
From planting to harvesting, olive trees are treated without the use of any chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Once the olives are collected, they are transferred to the company's olive-oil mill for the oil extraction without delay, in order to ensure that the beneficial properties of the fruit are kept.
Detailed and controlled procedure of the extraction of oil guarantee that micro and macro-nutrients of the olives are preserved. The final product that leaves the mill is characterized by its superior quality, and is named as organic extra-virgin olive oil.
Olives are treated by mechanical means solely according to the direction of International Olive Oil Council (IOOC).
The annual production volume that the company supplies to the market is 150 tonnes.
The maximum output that the Cypriot company can produce in a given period with the available resources is 200 tonnes.
The Cypriot company is looking for trading companies from Europe and beyond for commercial agency as well as distribution services agreements. It is seeking potential partners to act as agents and distributors, representing and selling the Cypriot company’s product in their countries. Commercial agents would act as representatives of the Cypriot company and earn a commission on the sale of the extra virgin olive oil to the end client in their territories. Distributors would buy the product from the Cypriot company and then resell it with a profit margin.
