Description: 

Covid diseases are one of the most prevalent chronic diseases today, representing a cost of 40% of medical expenses in the main developed countries. One of the biggest problems is given by the infections caused by bacteria present in the nasal cavities. The methods currently used for cleaning and disinfecting nasal cavities against covid-infections do not guarantee their effectiveness. The experimental work of Ukrainian SME carried out by researchers of the group has allowed developing a device that allows cleaning nasal cavities more precisely, reducing the risk of infections. The device has been designed for cleaning and disinfecting nasal cavities system against covid-infections. It introduces a new irrigation device to be applied once the instrumentation work is finished. It consists of a cyclone turbine tube inside. Another tube allows the continuous irrigation process of fresh irrigant, as it is simultaneously aspirated apically. It allows carrying the irrigant to canal branches with negative vacuum suction, in order to prevent the extrusion of the irrigant.
The Ukrainian company is operating in designing medical and food industries mechanical systems such as modern butter dispensers, electromagnetic valves, and so on. The company would like to find companies from the medical industry interested in licensing the technology or to reach a technical cooperation agreement to further develop the technology. Advantages and Innovations 1. Existing models does not allow suction irrigant from nasal cavities with automatically delivering the treatment solution to the nasal cavities. 2. All covid-infection that entered to upper respiratory tract are destroyed in a short time. 3. There is no need to use artificial lung ventilation in the future. 4. The technology prevents the development of covid infection in the early stages. 5. It facilitates continuous irrigation without the use of punctures. 6. It's suitable for the working length of curved canals.
