The lid of a cup is designed as a painting palette with 6 paint boxes and with some extra features (water draining and brush holder). Painting palette is removable and can be used as a separate product.

Croatian manufacturer is looking for commercial agents for office, stationery and school supply and also office and school supply wholesalers. Commercial agents will be assigned commercial agency agreement to sell their products in the required area. The role of a partner is to present and sell their products to retail shops and to maintain good business relationship with clients. Commercial agents will be self employed and for sales of their products will be awarded sales percentage for every new and continuous order. Distributors will be awarded with general distribution agreement of their products for their company state territory. Preferred distributor should hold at least 30% of market in designated territory in school supply items. Distributors will be responsible for marketing of their products, sales and customer service in return for general distribution agreement. Awarded distributor will have obligation for a minimum order quantities per year (MOQ/year). One country can have general distribution agreement or commercial agents. Combination of general distribution agreement and commercial agents is excluded.
