The Dutch company is one of the largest cleaning companies in the Netherlands.
The company is always looking for solutions to ensure the best possible work environment for their employees. Every day a lot of heavy weight containers with confidential papers must be transported from offices to transportation locations. These bins only have two wheels, yet have to be moved around through large parts of the building. The weight of these containers, up to 150 kg, is often a burden for the employees. For them the physical load lies more in keeping the 2-wheeled container in balance than in moving it. To make the handling and moving of the bins easier, the company is looking for an innovative, simple and small sized solution which should not be permanently fixed to these paper containers. By solving this challenge the employees should be able to transport those heavy containers more easily. The company is dealing with an ageing workforce. It is therefore important to facilitate the employees with a long term solution which will enable them to keep carrying out their jobs.
For the solution of this challenge the company is looking for cooperation with engineering and manufacturing partners based on a technical cooperation agreement or a manufacturing agreement.
