The company offers in- house development skills to create a solution tailor-made to the customer’s business case and offers consultancy services to help its customers with the interpretation of the results. The services and skills (development skills and consultancy) will be trained to a potential new agent on a basic level. The Dutch company will assist the agent in making tailor-made offers and consultancy services.

The Dutch company is already operating in this niche market in the Benelux and has long-term relationships with customers who are mainly active in the semi-conductor industry (high-tech machinery). Currently, the company is already active in the Benelux with its own sales force, but it is looking to broaden its territory with commercial agents for Scandinavia and the UK. The regions in which the Dutch company is searching for an agent include Scandinavia and the United Kingdom. It is preferred that a new agent already has existing relationships with customers/end-users. Also of importance is that the agent is financially sound and has good communication skills in English. Cooperation is offered in the framework of a commercial agency agreement. On the other hand, a distribution partner framework could work if the new partner would take standard systems in stock. The preference of the Dutch company is to work with a commercial agency agreement where the local agent is getting in contact with potential customers/end-users.
