An Italian company active in the field of surgery has developed an innovative electro-surgical device aimed at the medical field for public and private facilities. The company is now ready to bring the innovation beyond national borders and is looking for technology partners in target countries willing to cooperate under commercial agreement with technical assistance.



The Italian company based in North-West Italy (Piedmont Region) is specialised in the design and manufacturing of electro-medical equipment, a journey that began years ago with the design of a highly innovative system for aesthetic medicine and surgery.

The combination of skills provided by a highly qualified team and management has enabled the company to develop a disruptive surgery technology based on the principle of transforming air into an ideal conductor of plasma energy through an electronic process, thus obtaining the ionization process. The technology development and production is done exclusively in-house, as well as the go-to-market strategy, which is developed by the company’s team.

This innovative device allows to carry out surgical operations and beauty treatments in maximum efficiency and in total respect of the tissues. The surgical fields of application range from the generic to the more specific ones, with results equally precise and optimal. A great deal of experience has been gained by the company so far, with the application of the technology on animal tissues, derived from the use of specific plasma surgery devices for the veterinary world.

In order to expand its business abroad, the company is now looking for foreign partners interested in promoting its device through commercial agreement with technical assistance. Potential partners should have a good understanding of local medical devices market rules, as well as technical skills related to the electrosurgery industry, to provide technical assistance to local customers.

As part of its go-to-market strategy, the company has made a first selection of preferential target European countries for the initial commercial development of its equipment, due to their potential size and market characteristics. However, requests from other countries will also be evaluated, taking into account the company’s ambition to enter extra-EU markets (starting from North America and East Asia) within a few years.
