Located in Normandy, the French company is devoted to the traditional production of high quality fish soups and rillettes. Thanks to its wide range, the company proposes products for every taste.
All the products are produced by traditional methods and food raw material comes from company’s own fish pond and breeding and also productions coming from Normandy and Europe. The fish are processed the day of fishing. Nothing is stored, and everything is done by hand.
The Company offers many range of products: basic, organic and health food. The products are made with many fish: trout, salmon, sardine, mackerel, herring, lobster, mussels, which are cooked with different recipes to offer a variety of rillettes and soup. All the recipes are developed by the company in collaboration with local Chefs.
18 references are available. Rillettes of trout, salmon, soups, velouté, mackerel are cooked in glass jars with Normandy mustard, curry or coconut to propose original recipes. All products are handmade and without coloring or preservatives. The company is always developing new recipes and uses different condiments like pickled lemon, honey and curry, coconut, rust, honey and apples to propose original products and flavors. The Company can also develop new recipes according with the partner and local market’ tastes.
The Company has also developed an organic range of products with 5 different recipes.
Different formats are available: 50g, 90g, 140g and 500g. All the products are sterilized and canning out in glass jars. Preservation before opening is 3 years in ambient temperature and the jars can be preserved 3 days in a fridge after opening.
All the label can be translated and personalized. Some labels are already translated in English and German.
The Company sells its products in the French market especially in Normandy region. The products are also exported in the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria in delicatessens.
The Company is looking for distributors and wholesalers working in food sector which are able to introduce the company’s products in Europe and develop company’s activity and turnover in those countries. The partner should work with restaurants, Gourmet shops, Wine merchants and Delicatessen.
