The company is looking for full systems, offering end-user direct functionality (e.g. hardware and software solution). It would be even better if the manufacturer proposes a system with consumables.

They would supply technical and commercial feedback to the manufacturer. They would use their salesforce (1 technical sales engineer specialized in microscopy/optical technology) and their marketing strategy (inbound marketing & classical marketing).
The company has its own after sales service in-house, responsible of installing/training on the systems sold, after sales follow-u, immediate help through visit/hotline, and proposing maintenance contracts.
