It can be used for leisure like hiking, agriculture for hillside wines or mountainous teerain, public services missions and transport materials to escarpment lands.

It has MAGA (agricultural vehicle) road approval in France and the European (EU) road approval L6e-A (light cabin quadricycle approval) has been obtained for the one seater since May 2019.

These approvals will allow to register it and travel on all European roads.

The company is looking for distributors under the frame of a distribution services agreement. There is four options available: 1) Exclusive distributor Minimum 8 vehicles first order (as an example) This would give exclusivity in the country allowing the partner to be the sole importer of the vehicle. The partner would also have complete discretion on how the vehicles are sold which could be selling directly to customers or setting up an own dealer network within the country, or a mixture of the both. The partner would have the full support from head quarter and receive: • Marketing and sales material (digital version of flyer, brochure, technical sheet, user’s guide, optional extras, photo, video, content) • Be named on the brand website • Technical maintenance training at HQ followed by after sales videos access • Support on a wider marketing including social media, events and advertising campaigns As an exclusive distributor, they would receive the best price available on vehicles and optional extras. In order to become exclusive importer, they would need to import complete containers direct from the production facility France and a minimum of 8 vehicles would need to be ordered. 2) Non-exclusive distributor Minimum 4 vehicles first order (as an example) As a non-exclusive importer they would still have the right to set up a own sales model in the country be that direct to customer, through a dealer network or a mixture of the two. The company would retain the right to be open to approaches from others in your country they wanted to become an importer but would always speak to the partner in the first instance to see if there is an opportunity to work together. In order to become non-exclusive importer, the partner would need to import direct from the production facility France of 4 vehicles. 3) Country dealer Minimum 2 vehicles first order (as an example) As a country dealer, the partner would be selling direct to customer in the chosen country and getting the vehicles. This is the highest cost option per vehicle but could get you set up as a dealer for the vehicles with a relatively small investment. Other dealers could be appointed within your country but the company would always allows for a minimum distance between dealers. A country importer may be also appointed meaning the partner would receive the vehicles from their own importer but the company would always work with them in this eventuality.
