The French agrofood company produces a variety of gluten free, organic, palm oil free and vegan products since 2006.
They source fully organic products and selected raw materials pesticide free. The company conceives and produces recipes with no artificial coloring or preservatives and no added fat.
They use the extruding process with dry cooking below 170 °C, this prevents the Maillard reaction (toasting and browning of the food). The extrusion process allows them to produce without adding any fat or baking powder (in crackers and breadsticks).

The products are made in France and nearby in Italy. They are conditioned in a locally manufactured-recyclable packaging
The products fit gluten-free diet for persons affected by the coeliac disease, gluten-intolerants. The products are AFDIAG certified (French Association for Gluten Intolerants).
The company has already trans-national partnership with Switzerland, Belgium, England, Spain and Canada. The company is looking for international partners to expand its activity under the frame of a distribution services agreement.
