The French company is a cooperative wine cellar based in the south, end of Drôme Provençale since 1926.
The vineyard of 1600 hectares is embedded in a patchwork of southern colors and scents – lavender, truffle oaks, olives, aromatic herbs; and the soil can vary from stony to a mixture of pebbles or clay and limestone. It is in this environment that noble grape varieties (grenache, syrah, viognier etc.) grow to give reds, rosés and whites with typical aromas of scrubland and spices.
The wines are light, pleasing to drink and can be kept 2 to 3 years, but the most opulent ones with a more sustained keeping period can definitely accompany spicy or flavored meals.
The production is around 80 000 HL per year, the company can produce volumes on each quality of offered wine. The company produces 550 000 bottles, 130 000 bag-in-boxes and 10 000 HL of small quantities of bulk. The production is mainly for the French market, that’s why the company wants to expand its sales abroad.
