The French SME based in the north of France has developed an innovative tool enabling territories to share and manage their accessibility information. This solution aims to build a more inclusive world where people with disabilities, elderly and people with momentaneous mobility issues can plan their coming and go wherever they want without fear of inaccessibility. The company is looking for partners interested in licence agreement. Commercial/distribution partnerships could also be considered.



In Europe 1 person in 2 has mobility issues and that 90% of them prepare their journey by looking for accessibility information, in order to answer these needs, the company was created in 2015.
Its aim is to build a better world, accessible anywhere and by anyone.

The company developed a tool to communicate on accessibility information. Accessibility information about public buildings and natural sites open and receiving public. This tool is plugged directly on the existing clients’ digital channels of communication (corporate websites, Facebook pages, Google my Business).
The first level of information shared on their digital channels is a frieze composed of 8 pictograms all taking a color and letter (green / letter A, yellow / letter B or pink / letter C) upon the accessibility level of the place.

To ensure accessibility it is highly important that people get quality information and not approximate one. This is why the tool comes with an auto diagnosis frame of reference. This way, the building, places or natural sites managers will be sure to provide simple and reliable information to their citizens, customers or visitors.

The solution harmonises the accessibility information for all types of mobility impairments (both temporary and permanent). It covers all the range of mobility impairments such as physical and cognitive disabilities, day to day specific needs (pushchairs, suitcases, broken legs, …). The technology allows an easy and fast integration of the information on all the digital networks / channels where people will look for it. This technology is composed of widgets and API (specifically designed by the company). In addition to the widgets and API, a detailed page is associated which enables the website visitors to access to more detailed explanations and pictures to describe the reality of the accessibility.

The solution is implemented by transport authorities. Regarding the physical accessibility of the stations (bus, tram, subway). The solution is plugged to the MAAS (Mobility As A Service) tools.

The solution is implemented for public actors. The targeted “public actors”, are the ones managing by their own a building open to the public for administration, touristic, medical or educational purposes. For example buildings open to the public could be city town halls, university, museum, schools, gardens, and medical, health and social centers.
Leisure, sport equipment and gymnasium, theaters, cinemas, restaurants and hotels are also in the target.
To put it in a nutshell, all the public establishments open to the public are in the scope of the tool.
Moreover, the tool is designed for accessibility diagnosis / diagnostic for public transport stations.

The company is not only looking for IT providers or digital tool providers but also for all social service providers for the public sector interested in licence agreements.
