1. Production of runnerless equipment for thermoplastic injection moulding: The system with advanced tip-heater technology incorporates a valve pin actuated by pneumatic or hydraulic drive. The company┬┤s portfolio ranges from valves with a length of up to 400mm, and gate diameters between 0.8 - 8.0mm. Depending on the application, valve gates with the tip heater technology, for less wear and tear and better usability of glass-fibre or carbon fibre reinforced materials is available. The company also offers customization of their valves to match the needs of customers.

2. Production of runnerless equipment for LSR and rubber moulding: As a pioneer of thermoplastics runnerless manufacturing, the company developed a 'complete' cold runner system for rubber and liquid silicone injection (injection molding). The runnerless moulding system avoids any runner waste. Material cost, scrap fee, secondary man-hour can be reduced. In detail: The resin at the sprue and runner is kept molten to maintain constant fluidity. This leads to a clean cut without drooling of material. After the moulded product is removed, the spear tip is heated up to instantly melt the solidified resin at the gate to enable the next injection. The energy efficiency is convincing due to the minimized weight without affecting the main functions, which results in temperature uniformity and leaves no dead spots in the flow path.
