A Greek medtech start-up is providing innovative solutions for orthopedic problems such as fractures, back and orthotics problems and bringing new designs and new materials to the industry.
The first product is a patent-pending medical device for fractures and rehabilitation made of PLA, which is 5 times lighter than plaster casts, washable, and skin-friendly.
The startup is planning to expand their production that until know is made using 3D printing technology. For that reason the company is looking for two types of partners. First, PLA sheets providers. Secondly, companies providing injection molding services. In the case of injection molding service the Greek startup will provide the mold’s dimensions.
The type of partnership considered for the PLA sheets is supplier agreement and for injection molding will be manufacturing agreement.
