Description: 

This French SME has developed a know-how and equipment to produce 100 % pure tungstene balls with very high hardness and density. Starting from diameter 0,1 mm, these mini balls are used in powder grinding. The company is able to study, design and produce balls adapted to different powder specifications.
The mini balls can be used for grinding but also for mixing of powder with particular applications in the ceramic sector where powder quality is required for complex parts.
Their technical characteristic provides a significant improvement in the grinding quality and they also last longer which reduces costs for the end-users.

It is now offering this know-how to co-develop with ceramic powder end-users taylor-made balls according to their own specifications under technical cooperation agreement first and manufacturing agreement after. It is alternatively offering manufacturing agreement to grinding equipment manufacturers requiring such balls.
