A set of after market safety products designed in Ireland to fit in the neck of industry standard tight head containers is offered by commercial agency agreement, distribution services agreement or joint venture agreement to international partners. This patented design incorporates a series of features that creates a smooth, controlled and uninterrupted flow of fluid from the start of the pour through to the end.
Our base range provides three varied product options for dispensing chemicals and liquids in the hardware, agriculture, construction, automotive, cleaning, food and beverage, marine, paints and dyes, aircraft, healthcare, petrochemicals, or lubricants markets.
For the user the products are quick and easy to install. Eliminating fully the “glugging effect” when pouring fluid from tight head containers reduces the opportunity for spillage to the lowest level possible and increases significantly the health and safety benefits for the user.
The dispensing speeds for each product set new industry standards. Traditional spouts and taps for tight head containers (e.g. 20 litre) have maximum dispensing speeds of 5 litres per minute. Our flexible extendible spout and tap units dispense at 22 litres a minute, 440% faster. With our base unit dispensing 200% faster without any glugging, dripping or surging.
Additional sizes are under development to accommodate the varied selection of chemical containers in the market.
