The Italian company set up in 2018, produces organic pasta made only with legumes flour. The production is free from genetically modified organism (GMO), there are no added thickeners or preservatives. The company's production is in three different shapes, each with a specific legume: red lentils caserecce, chickpea fusilli, green pea macaroni.
This pasta is suitable for athletes for its important energy supply, for those who are intolerant to gluten or for those who want to take less carbohydrates, preferring healthy vegetable proteins.
The organic flours are produced and ground exclusively in Italy and hand made in an artisan laboratory.
The product is ready to be sold: labeled and packed.
The company at the moment sells only in Friuli Venezia Giulia region, delivering directly in detail shop (small and medium size) through direct contacts. As the production of this company is appreciated and there is an increasing interest in healthy food in the world, the company would like to extend its business in Europe to find new opportunities through distribution service agreements.
