The company is located in the South of Italy and is specialized in the production of artisanal pasta.
The firm produces more than 50 different types of Italian pasta:
traditional formats (spaghetti, maccheroni, penne, bucatini), special formats (orecchiette, paccheri, farfalle), very special formats (lasagne, cannelloni), egg pasta and flavoured pasta with five flavours such as: pasta with squid ink, pasta with seaweed, pasta with chilli, etc., biological pasta and products preserved in oil.
Recently the company has produced an original and unusual kind of pasta that consists in the mix of 16 different shapes of pasta.
The company has been able to continue the “old techniques” to produce pasta using modern equipment.
All types of production are made using high quality oatmeal of durum wheat with grain of large size to increase its compactness and hardness.
Pasta production processing goes through different phases:
• realization of the different shapes of pasta by using bronze dies
• slow drying process inside of pine wood cells at low temperature (max 50° C) in order to preserve the nutritional values and define the organic characteristics (all process lasts from 19 to 56 hours).
Over the years the company has been able to combine the old traditional techniques with the new and modern technologies.
The company is looking for distributors to expand the product distribution in foreign Countries.
