This Italian company is based in the South of Italy, in Apulia and exactly in Minervino Murge, a small town near the Alta Murgia National Park.
Since 1998 the company practices only organic farming in the fields of the estate and its handcrafted production derives only from its own fields, that consist in about 27 hectares with 10.000 olive trees. They have an average age of 60-70 years.
The company produces four kinds of organic extravirgin olive oil, almonds and taralli (tipical savoury snack from Apulia) with almonds.
The olive oil production process is carried out from the company respecting the natural maturation of the olives in order to obtain a safe product. The main varieties of olives are "Coratina", "Ogliarola Bari" and "Leccino".
Moreover the company has 6.400 almond trees that cover about 16 hectares, and they have an average age of 6 years.
The varieties of the almonds are typical of Puglia: the Filippo Cea and the Genco.
The company takes care of all the phases of production, from the cultivation to the transformation and packaging of the products.
For the extravirgin olive oil, the company got several Award: Feinschmecker 2018; GOLD Medal at BIOL International Prize 2017; GOLD Medal at BIOL Novello International Prize 2016; SILVER Medal at BIOL International Prize 2016.
The organic company is interested in internationalization and expanding in the markets abroad. It is looking for distributors to promote their products in EU.
