An Italian designer based in Sicily with more than 25 years of experience in interior design, in the last 3 years has dedicated her talent to the study of marble as a precious material for the creation of furnishing accessories.
Always considered the most suitable material for various artistic forms such as sculpture and heavily used in construction, thanks to its modern processing and cutting techniques, marble has become the reference material for the creation of new home collections that become precious artifacts necessary to make the living spaces unique and suggestive.
The collections that have been made to date are the expression of a synthesis between creativity and manufacturing technique with a strong reference to the territory of origin. The first collection has the recurring motif of the prickly pear that has given shape to table lamps and coffee tables. The second collection refers to recognizable Baroque lines in the production of frames, shelves and floor lamps.
The choice of material and the difficulty of processing (very thin thicknesses to allow light to filter) make the products destined for a niche market: starred hotels and resorts, spas and luxury residences are the right places.
As documented by the photographs, the designer has already created the pieces of the collections but would like to further develop her project and open up to an international dimension.
To reach this aim the designer is interested in investors who can offer financial support through a financial agreement both for production and for marketing and communication activities. At the same time, to increase sales and create an international reputation, the offerer would like to partner with architects and/or interior designers, contractors in the hospitality industry who are looking for new top-quality interior design, solutions for hotels, restaurants, spas and private luxury residences. The cooperation would be in the form of distribution services.
