The need to make the world of BIM (Building Information Modelling) and technologies accessible to an ever greater type of users, has led a group of entrepreneurs located in the central Italy, specialised in ICT and EAC (Architecture Engineering Construction), with long experience in the development and sale of software for professionals in services, investments, management of companies in the construction and real estate sector, to create a digital ecosystem that aims to accompany companies and professionals to enter the world of digitalization. This platform, based on the synergy between BIM methodology and AR (Augmented Reality) and VR (Virtual Reality) technology, opening up a change of perspective with respect to design and above all to traditional visualization.
With the digitalization of the entire process, it is possible to change the decision-making process with a reduction of possible design errors, costs and times, obtaining product optimization, making a significant change not only in the representation techniques, but in the way to think and plan an intervention.
It is possible both to move within the project and to view the information present in the models (BIM), by accessing the database, structured by levels: from administrative documents (titles, any restrictions, authorizations, etc.), to architectural, plant, structural projects, to the technical data sheets of the individual elements that make up the models (digital archive). It also allows to insert and change elements within the project, choosing them from a library of components on the market, and which can be connected to an e-commerce system or a warehouse.
To use this digital platform it is not necessary to install any software on personal devices. It is possible to take advantage of different levels of services, from the preliminary study, to the integrated design in BIM, or to the transformation of a supplied project into a BIM model, to the creation of databases and libraries, up to the inclusion on the platform, which will allow to communicate the BIM with the AR, in all the different design levels. The end user, to whom a link will be sent via email and / or WhatsApp, with a simple click, will be able to view, query, overlay all the information contained in the models, as well as modify some components. The connection can be activated from different devices with Android operating system: smartphone, tablet, desktop, virtual reality viewer, smart glass, TV and can be shared by all the subjects involved in the project.

This digital platform is useful for operators in the AEC, real estate, heavy industry, tourism, logistics, craft, furniture, naval, healthcare, communication, marketing, recycling, hospitality, mining, services, railway and aeronautics sectors.
The partner sought is SMEs, industries, universities and/or R&D institutions in these sectors, that are interested or to implement their knowledge in BIM, AR, VR and AI (via outsourcing agreement) or to optimize the design and management processes of their assets with the use of the digital ecosystem (via subcontracting).

Advantages: The design allows the digitalization, planning and optimization of the process, with the reduction of errors, costs and times throughout the life cycle of the same. AR and VR allow to walk within the project and modify the elements, as well as add and modify the technical data sheets of these. The digital platform can be used in a cloud and/or in absence of an internet connection; it can be implemented according to customer needs and integrate it with other platforms. A digital archive has been created to keep all the documentation concerning all the phases of the process. Innovations: The innovation of this digital platform, with the synergy between BIM, AR and VR, allows to integrate useful information in every phase of the life cycle of a process in a single digital model, allowing the different actors of the same to intervene before, during and after the process, in order to coordinate their knowledge on a single database.
