The firm produces olive oils, jams and pickles and has been created in 1857.
The care of the olive groves and the transformation of the precious fruits in extra virgin olive oil retrace the traditional farming techniques of the Gargano territory, adapting itself to modern times with the latest machinery. The result is the production of an exellent quality cold-pressed and 100% italian product. The olives used come only from the estates of the farm. Once they have reached the right level of ripeness, the olives are harvested and pressed within 24 hours at the family mill. The scent of freshly pressed olives, the intense green color with golden hues, and the bitter-spicy taste are the main characteristics of this extra virgin that enhances all the best features of the cultivars.
Onother production of the company are organic jams. They are based on fresh fruit picked in the farm’s fields, carefully cultivated to allow an optimal condition for the growth of the fruit. When the fruits are ripe, they are picked by hand and selected. Their authentic taste is due to the preparation that reflects the Gargano tradition of cutting the fruit into large pieces. The traditional recipe is accompanied by the desire to enthrone this “spreadable fruit” with new flavors enriching with dried fruit and spices such as almonds, ginger and other refined ingredients.
