Easy to use, the user just has to dilute 1.5~2.0 cc of it into 1 litre of water and put foodstuff into it for 10-15 minutes. The test conducted by a Japanese authorised testing laboratory showed that major harmful bacteria such as escherichia coli, salmonella and staphylococcus aureus have been eliminated in 10 minutes. In comparison with conventional foodstuff detergent, the time needed to reach full efficiency of the detergent is cut in half. This detergent can also be applied onto kitchen appliances, chopping board and various cooking tools. 2 Anti-bacterial deodorising spray and powder Developed thanks to an original technique to bake pulverised scallop shells at high temperature, the obtained powder when dissolved in water will generate alkaline which works eliminating bacteria from uncomfortable odours. The product has many applications: for washing out oil stain, eliminating harmful bacteria and shoes odour effectively, it especially suitable for cleaning kitchen as well. As an example of application for shoes, by adding 0.5~1.0 gram of the powder in the shoes before wearing them, the powder works eliminating uncomfortable odour in about 2 hours. The absence of any chemical compound makes the product much safer compared with general type of deodoriser commercially available on the market.
