A Korean company founded in 2014 has a history of participating in the World Education and Culture Expo and the PlayX4 game show held in South Korea, after developing virtual reality(VR) fire experience program. The company wishes to start commercialization and sales of their products by entering the overseas VR education business and related game market.

By configuring a fire emergency and suppression process as VR, it is possible to suppress a fire safely without any risk of personal injury during the training. As a result, the program helps to cope quickly and safely with an actual fire emergency. The contents and services the company provides include: a virtual experience of realistic fire scenes, 7 different scenarios of fire suppression, 2 scenarios of fire evacuation, and lastly, fire extinguisher and safety lifeline manual. The VR firefighting experience provides safety training to cope with fire in a real case.

Compared to other VR safety simulators, the company’s program offers realistic graphical representations by using Unreal Engine which delivers real-time high-quality rendering. In addition, the company has co-developed a dedicated hose controller with Oculus Rift, which has been a large contribution to the reality enhancement (A HTC VIVE VR headset will be added in near future).

Lastly, the company also developed an immersive 3D experience program with a multilingual support, through the game engines (Unreal Engine and Unity) and a self-integrated plug-in.

The company is looking for global channels, especially European ones, to sell their products under a commercial agency, distribution services, or license agreement.
