A Korean SME has developed polyester staple fibre (PSF) used for automotive interior parts. Made with eco-friendly raw materials, the fibre does not change colour in high temperatures or strong heat. The Korean company is looking for partners for sales and distribution for its GRS-certified polyester staple fibre (PSF) under a commercial agent agreement and/or distribution service agreement.

Established in 1987, the Korean SME has 34 years of experience in producing the polyester staple fibre (PSF), also holding patents for its light weight and sound absorption. The fibre has been certified for using eco-friendly raw materials and has maintained its Global Recycle Standard (GRS) certification for two years.

The PSF technology of the company allows the use of eco-friendly and recycled raw materials, and has the advantage that the fiber does not change color even in strong heat or high temperature, and can be produced in over 50 colors such as black, white, gray, and brown. It can be produced in 3-20 denier (thickness of fiber), with fiber length of 51, 64, 76, 88mm. In addition, the company has excellent fibre crimping technology, which is outstanding in the needle punching process.

As the company has completed the development stage and is in the process of mass production, the SME is hoping to enter the domestic and overseas markets. This Korean company is looking for business partners to secure sales and distribution channels in Europe, and hoping to sign commercial or distribution service agreement.
