An Ukrainian SME develops original engineering solutions in the field of e-mobility and industry 4.0.
Innovative products of the company:
A modular platform for electric transport of various types and load capacities, which allows to install different types and models of bodies from a compact car to an SUVs (Sport Utility Vehicle) and a truck.
The modular platform has an adaptive suspension for dynamic control of motion paths. The modular platform connects all components into a fully integrated wheel module, providing four -wheel steering and a minimum unsprung mass.
The adaptive suspension for dynamic control of motion paths allows you to:
- to turn wheel to 45 degrees using the minimum turning radius and moving diagonally.
- minimize unsprung mass;
- to pump air into the tires while driving;
- to change clearance;
- as a result of the rational use of space to increase the volume of cargo up to 40%.
The integrated wheel module includes: an electric motor, a transmission, a turning device, an adjustable ground clearance system, tire inflation system, an electromechanical disc brake, an anti-roll bar, and corresponding control sensors and electronics.
The original design of modular platform is based on elements and technical solutions already used in the automotive industry. On this basis, graphic models and a draft design were developed for assembling and finalizing the original experimental model of an independent fully-integrated wheel module.
The SME is looking for partners from car industry research labs to develop a steering control system and integrated software under joint research cooperation agreement. The company is also seeking a financial agreement with an investment partner to finance the development of a prototype modular platform and its testing.
