A Slovak SME dealing with waste recycling has developed the new technology which runs with no pollutions, no other chemicals, low energy and minimum working place, don’t make other waste. Every own product can recycle and make new products. The company using waste for example cardboard packaging and using it as an input material for construction material which is their final product. The main advantages of the technology are following: - A waste as a cardboard packaging etc. is used as an input for construction material. - The manufacturing process produces a zero waste. The advantages of the final material during construction process are: Speed of construction process When installing the final product, dry processes are used, which greatly reduces the construction time and final surface finish of the product. Flexibility The panel can be moved very quickly and with little workmanship. Sound insulation With the panel thickness of 12 cm, the panel divides two rooms as well as a 20 cm walled partition. This allows for greater indoor room space. The weight of the fully assembled partition is four times lower than the brick weight. Compared to the brick wall, it is possible to save up to one-third of the costs with the panels.
