Summary

Summary:
This Polish company operates in the food industry and it is specialised in confectionery production. They manufacture chews, caramels, chocolate sweets and various other candies. The firm is looking for partners under distribution services agreement. They are also ready to supply a partner with private-label products under manufacturing agreement.

Description

Description:

A company from northwestern Poland has been operating in the food industry for over 50 years. They specialise in the production of sweets and candies. The firm has extensive international experience cooperating with partners from Austria, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Russia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Greece and Romania. They pay particular attention to the quality of their products and of the whole production process, therefore the company constantly invests in its machine park.

The company offers various sweets, including:
- chews with natural colourants and fruit juices,
- cream-fruit candies with natural colourants and fruit juices,
- refreshing eucalyptus-mint flavour candies,
- candies with a jelly filling and a lemon, orange or strawberry flavour,
- truffles (flavours: rum, peanut, orange, or cherry),
- caramel candies (sparkling, hard or filled),
- chocolate bars.
The company sells the products under its own brand but can also manufacture private-label confectioneries.

The company has reached its growth limits on the current markets but still has spare production capacities. In order to fully utilise them, they are looking for foreign partners that will help build a presence in new markets and increase annual production. They are interested in mutually beneficial cooperation under the distribution services agreement with companies from the food industry. A role of distributors will be to promote the products and find new customers for them. The firm will assist by providing the catalogue of the offered candies and other advertising materials.

In order to achieve its goal, the company is also ready to engage in the cooperation under the manufacturing agreement. The role of a partner will be to specify the type and quantity of requested products and to decide whether he wants private-label confectioneries or products sold under the brand name of the manufacturer. The firm will be, in turn, responsible for manufacturing the ordered products and, if requested, can design their packaging.

Advantages & innovations

Cooperation plus value:
- vast experience (both domestic and international) - the company has been present on the market for nearly 60 years; - prices that are below the EU average thanks to relatively low labour costs in Poland; - in contrast to its competitors, the company not only manufactures the ordered confectioneries but also provides a full range of other services: they plan the whole production process, design the product itself, and its packaging, and delivery it to the partner; - modern, constantly upgraded machine park.
