This Polish start-up located in the centre of the country is a group of professional producers, developers, graphic artists and designers who have been focusing on the field of artificial intelligence (AI), virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) since 2017.
- Experience: over 20 VR/ AR and AI projects in the last 3 years
- Clients: telecommunication (telecom), construction, energy, automotive, education, medicine.
The company offers digital self-service to telecoms, producers of electronic devices and domestic appliances customers which reduces the time spent on call centre and improves user experience. Currently customers must rely on paper instructions or call centre to troubleshoot their problems.
The new process of installation is simple. It comprises only three steps:
- receive a decoder, router or any other device from user's internet provider
- open the application and scan the device with user's camera
- using AI, the application will recognize the current status of the installation and AR holograms will guide a user step by step through the entire proces. The AI will troubleshoot any issues related to the installation without the need of human contact.
As a result the solution reduces the traffic on call centre. It has been successfully tested with selected customers of the largest Polish telecom operator. Own reports estimate that over 40% of clients who installed the application did not address the call centre for suport.
The Polish company offers license agreement to end-users and to branch partners providing them already with software solutions. Trade partners specialized in reselling IT software products willing to enlarge their portfolio are sought. Commercial agency agreement is considered as a type of cooperation. Acquisition agreement for shares of the company is offered to venture capital partners related to telecoms.
