The end result of her experiences was very well accepted in the regional market. The company was incorporated and the owner created a space for tasting in the large flowered garden of her house, to promote the products.
The company combines flavors such as fennel, basil, peppermint, pepper, strawberry, orange, lemon, blueberries, cherry, banana, tomato, physalis, almond, raisins, walnut, hazelnut, cinnamon, salt flower, grape and Madeira wine, among others.
All production is made without additives, only with natural products in an ecological philosophy.
The intention of the company is to increase its production, from a handcrafted process to an industrial process, in order to increase its sales in the regional and national market and start exporting.
This company wants to establish supplier agreements with roasted cocoa or nibs suppliers, preferably "forastero" or "trinitarian", with expiration dates of 1 year. The intention is to make a long term commitment.
