The goal, after receiving training about the main products, is to develop the first approach to the customers, presenting technical solutions. Then, based on the customer needs, the headquarters of the company present the technical solution, and then the partner make the follow up until the final sale and the implementation of the solution on the customers facilities. After that the partner must assure the after sales service in tune with the after sales service of the headquarters.
