The Portuguese company is a food trade and consulting services company. It was born in the historic building of Mercado da Ribeira in Lisbon. In 2000, they moved to MARL - Mercado Abastecedor da Região de Lisboa (Lisbon Region Supply Market) and diversified its business. In addition to its own production of fresh and frozen Portuguese kale (to cook the Portuguese heritage soup named “Caldo Verde”), it also sells all kind of fruits and vegetables from Portuguese and international producers.

• Fruits:
apples, pineapples, apricots, plums, blackberries, pineapples, bananas, cherries, clementines, coconuts, apricots, persimmons, figs, raspberries, guavas, granadillas, kiwis, limes, lemons, papayas, mangoes, passion fruit, quinces, watermelons, melons, blueberries, arbutus, strawberries, nectarines, loquats, avocados, pears, peaches, physalis, pitayas, pomegranates, tamaris, tamarinds, tangiers, tangerines, grapefruits, grapes, among others.

• Vegetables:
pumpkins, chard, watercress, celery, artichoke, rosemary, lettuce, garlic, fennel, dill, potatoes, purslane, aubergines, beets, broccoli, green stock, sugar cane, onions, red onion, chives, carrots, cherry, citronella, coriander , mushrooms, courgettes, white cabbage, brussels sprouts, Chinese cabbage, heart cabbage, cauliflower, savoy cabbage, Portuguese cabbage, horseradish cabbage, purple cabbage, shallots, endives, purple endives, peas, asparagus, spinach, tarragon, broad beans, beans green, grains, cabbage greens, kale, turnip greens, mint, yam, laurel, corns, canonigos, chili sauce, marjoram, basil, turnips, oregano, parsnip, cucumbers, peppers, pennyroyal, radish, horseradish, rosemary, arugula, rhubarb, salicornia, parsley, sage, savory, tomatoes, thyme, topinambur, truffles, among others.

It also has its own production, namely:
• Portuguese kale ( production):
fresh or frozen kale, ready to cook the Portuguese heritage soup named “Caldo Verde”.

• Other agrifood products:
peeled vegetables, vegetable sprouts, washed and ready to eat salads, baby vegetables, snails, edible flowers, dried beans, olives, lupins, among others.

Selling food is more than sell a product, is about to sell an identity, culture and food heritage. Basically, each food/product it sells and investigates and develops, is based a strong knowledge and storytelling (scientific and empiric) around it to deliver the marketing and sales powered by the knowledge and experience on all value chain of the products/foods.
